Job summary

PFH Technology Group in Ireland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst on a 24-month contract to support healthcare technology and transformation initiatives. You will analyze clinical requirements, review workflows and develop practical solutions to improve patient outcomes.

The role involves stakeholder workshops, requirements management, process mapping and collaboration with ICT, clinical teams and vendors to deliver quality improvements within ICT standards and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale projects.
• Healthcare domain experience is highly desirable.
• Strong requirements management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to map and redesign clinical workflows and processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical pathways, business requirements and workflows to identify improvements.
• Define future-state processes and document requirements for solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather priorities and feedback.
• Document workflows using process mapping and BA tools.
• Prepare solution proposals, business cases and implementation plans including time, cost and staffing.
• Collaborate with project managers, clinical teams and ICT specialists for delivery.
• Assess healthcare systems to identify integration needs and maximize existing solutions.
• Support vendor engagement and change leadership during deployment.
• Ensure alignment with ICT standards, privacy, security and information governance.
• Monitor changes and drive continuous improvement.
