Job summary

PFH Technology Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 24-month contract to drive digital transformation and service improvements within the healthcare sector in Ireland. You will lead clinical and operational projects, working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex initiatives and ensure readiness for new digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project or programme management, ideally within healthcare or digital transformation.
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders across clinical, operational and technical domains.
• Experience with change management, service design and delivery of digital health solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex clinical and operational projects aligned with healthcare service requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational and technical teams to manage activities, dependencies and milestones.
• Facilitate workshops, workflow mapping and stakeholder engagement to improve processes and efficiency.
• Drive change management and operational readiness for new digital healthcare solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, status reports and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies; coordinate vendor collaboration and delivery.
• Monitor progress, milestones and KPIs; report to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate go-live activities and ensure smooth transition to new systems.
• Manage resources and promote collaboration across concurrent workstreams.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance patient safety and service quality.
