Job summary

CPL Group is seeking a Marketing Operations Traffic Co‑Ordinator to organize and drive the flow of creative projects from intake to completion. You will manage timelines, resources, and deliverables, coordinating with marketing, regional teams and cross‑functional partners across multiple time zones.

This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to balance priorities in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 2–3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with project management tools required; Smartsheet preferred but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex information.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and rapid change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project intake and workflow for the operations department, equitably assigning tasks to team members.
• Oversee creative requests, asset production needs, and related documentation.
• Review requests, determine if more information is needed, and set deadlines in writing.
• Monitor progress, workloads, and deadlines; adjust assignments to meet objectives.
• Communicate deliverables, timelines, and due dates to stakeholders.
• Build and maintain project timelines; provide updates for stakeholder communication.
• Serve as a central point of communication and coordination across departments.
• Become a power user of the project management platform (Smartsheet).
