Job summary

MM Coaching Limited (Marriage Reset) is seeking a full-time Marketing Operations professional to own reporting, systems and QA across ads, landing pages and email sequences. You will consolidate data, manage ClickUp and automation, and ensure timely delivery.

You will lead a remote, Europe/Dubai-timezone aligned team, automate repetitive tasks with Claude or similar AI, and build scalable processes so the Head of Growth can focus on strategy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing operations, funnel-build roles with measurable results.
• Built and maintained a ClickUp workspace used by colleagues.
• Created pages in GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels and sequences in email platforms.
• You notice when numbers don’t add up and avoid sending mistakes.
• Coordinated freelancers or a small creative team to deadlines.
• Self-taught the hardest tool you use and can work without a written procedure.
• Experienced with Claude or similar AI tools and automated at least one task.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly marketing dashboard and monthly funnel summaries.
• Maintain ClickUp marketing pipeline, dashboards, templates and asset library.
• Apply QA checks and ensure compliance before reviews.
• Build landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel or ClickFunnels; implement email sequences.
• Manage editors and coordinate briefs; track turnaround targets.
• Schedule sessions, manage calendars and tool access for the team.
• Automate repetitive tasks using AI tools and scripting.
