Cpl Group is proudly supporting a high profile client in the Shannon region with a Head of Marketing role. This senior leadership position will place you on the commercial leadership team, steering marketing strategy and driving growth across the business.

You will lead a marketing team, develop group-wide plans, manage budgets, collaborate with partners, and oversee PR, digital campaigns and data analytics to optimise performance.

Qualifications

• 3rd level degree in marketing, business studies or related discipline.
• 8+ years in a senior marketing position.
• Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement group-wide marketing strategies.
• Lead and mentor a multi-channel marketing team.
• Manage multi-year budgets and allocate resources.
• Collaborate with external partners on projects.
• Oversee PR, communications and digital campaigns.
