• 7–10 years of relevant industry expertise.
• In‑depth knowledge in one or more lines of business (LoBs) - a specific cloud or industry.
• Strong consulting skills and confirmed results as a Trusted Advisor to drive business value for customers.
• Ability to drive effective and influential conversations at the C‑level; facilitate difficult discussions and handle objections.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Degree or equivalent proven experience required.

Responsibilities

• Use our Customer Success Methodology to understand goals, assess capabilities, and provide recommendations to accelerate business value.
• Develop understanding of customers' Salesforce implementation and evangelize Salesforce capabilities across Clouds.
• Guide customers on organizational strategy, governance, and change processes based on needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge by applying Salesforce features to business priorities and roadmaps.
• Proactively identify risks and work with the account team to mitigate them.
• Produce and implement an adoption path showing current vs. target state with a timeline.
• Deliver business value by understanding customers' challenges and growth potential.
• Build executive‑level relationships with IT and business leadership to strengthen the partnership.
