Methodius Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Data & Insights Analyst to support marketing measurement, reporting and channel intelligence across email, webinars and digital campaigns. You will turn data into actionable insights working with marketing, data and technology teams.

The role focuses on lead management, MQL data quality, and dashboard development, with opportunities to automate reporting and contribute to AI-enabled measurement initiatives. 3+ years in marketing analytics is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing analytics, campaign reporting or related area.
• Experience with marketing performance, CRM, lead management or campaign analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with complex datasets.
• Ability to manage recurring reporting processes independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management across marketing, data and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage lead management, campaign reporting and marketing performance processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Partner with Marketing, Salesforce and Enterprise Data teams to support reliable MQL data flows.
• Analyse campaign and channel performance to identify trends, opportunities and optimisation areas.
• Develop and maintain reporting processes, documentation and business rules to ensure consistency and data quality.
• Support dashboards, benchmark reporting and ad hoc analysis across marketing activity.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into practical analytical and reporting solutions.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve analytical efficiency.
