Meta seeks an experienced Marketing Science Partner for the EMEA Mid-Market team to transform advertising performance through data-driven insights. You will guide measurement efforts, design ad studies, and automate guidance across thousands of advertisers.

You will translate complex analytics for non-technical clients, run education sessions, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Research to scale measurement capabilities and drive client growth.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in marketing effectiveness, market research, or BI.
• Able to explain complex analytics in simple terms.
• Proven analytics presentations to senior decision makers.
• Experience analyzing data sets to find patterns and insights.
• Understanding of geo-tests, A/B tests, multivariate tests, RCTs, surveys.
• Ability to integrate AI tools to improve workflows and impact.
• Experience operating scaled programs.
• Resourceful and process-oriented.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Partner with advertisers to design measurement agendas linking activity to outcomes.
• Design and evaluate ad studies: conversion lift, brand lift, multi-touch attribution.
• Lead internal/external education sessions on measurement best practices.
• Collaborate with sales to prioritize accounts and uncover measurement opportunities.
• Translate quantitative findings into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Assist clients with third-party measurement vendors for studies.
• Apply analytics to drive product adoption and business growth.
• Contribute to scalable measurement capabilities with Product and R&D.
• Provide cross-functional input to improve measurement at scale.
