Web Summit in Dublin or Lisbon is seeking a Partnership Executive fluent in Mandarin to drive B2B partnerships with top tech brands for our global conferences.

You will own the full sales cycle, identify opportunities, and collaborate with senior leadership to expand Web Summit’s partner ecosystem across regions, delivering measurable revenue growth while representing a diverse and high-impact audience. Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and multi-channel outreach are essential.

Qualifications

• Native Mandarin speaker required.
• Direct B2B sales experience in tech or events.
• High growth/scale-up environment experience (3+ years).
• Forecasting and pipeline management using a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own monthly and quarterly business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and prospect leading companies to create partnerships at Web Summit events.
• Cultivate relationships with Fortune 500 executives and other senior stakeholders.
• Own discovery and solutioning aligning with partner priorities and products.
• Articulate the value of Web Summit's diverse audience to partners.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies with the Sales & Growth team.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing partnerships.
• Contribute to global expansion strategy as part of a tight-knit team.
