Job summary

Kilsaran in Ireland is seeking a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and schedule all preventive, predictive, corrective, and project maintenance activities across the site. You will drive CMMS development, KPI reporting, and contractor coordination to ensure reliability and efficiency.

The role requires strong planning, Excel proficiency, ERP experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination within a manufacturing/industrial setting.
• Proven experience implementing, configuring, and developing CMMS systems.
• Strong experience in preventive maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Experience managing contractor activities and compliance documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and maintenance reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and maintenance budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and schedule preventive, predictive, corrective, and project maintenance activities.
• Create weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules aligned with production requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance shutdowns and planned outages to minimise disruption.
• Prioritise work orders based on risk, criticality, and business needs.
• Ensure all activities have labour, materials, tools, permits, and documentation prepared before execution.
