Camden Recruitment Partners in Dublin is partnering with an advisory firm to recruit an Investment Banking Manager focused on M&A transactions for privately owned businesses, founders and shareholders.

This hands-on role covers lead across acquisitions, disposals and management buyouts, from initial advice and valuation through to negotiation and completion, working directly with owners and senior management to drive successful deals.

Qualifications

• Experience in M&A, corporate finance or investment banking with a strong transaction execution track record.
• Experience advising privately owned or founder-led businesses.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Commercial judgement and confidence managing clients and advisers.
• Ability to lead multiple workstreams and deliver to demanding deadlines.
• ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent qualification is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage and execute sell-side M&A transactions from origination to completion.
• Build financial models, conduct valuations and assess potential deals.
• Prepare pitch materials, information memoranda and management presentations.
• Identify and engage potential buyers, investors and acquisition targets.
• Coordinate due diligence, advisers and transaction workstreams.
• Work directly with business owners and management teams, supporting negotiations and key decisions.
• Develop client relationships, support business development and mentor junior colleagues.
