You will build client relationships, prepare compelling pitch decks, and drive end-to-end deals while benefiting from hybrid/remote working and a strong bonus package. The sky is the limit for progression.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with experience in managing M&A transactions end-to-end.
• Sound knowledge of capital markets and financial modelling.
• Strong commercial focus.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients and nurture relationships while representing the firm's brand.
• Prepare pitch decks for corporate finance mandates and pitching to clients.
• Manage a range of M&A transactions across multiple industries under the MD's supervision.
