Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing end-to-end M&A transactions in the Irish and/or UK market.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Strong communication with key stakeholders.
• High commercial acumen and proficient financial analysis.
• Ability to present findings clearly in client reports and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Originate, lead and manage M&A transactions from cradle to grave.
• Develop understanding of client requirements and shape the best deal approach.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure proper execution at all times.
• Identify and escalate risks that require attention.
• Strengthen external relationships to support origination efforts.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
