Steering Point is seeking an ACA-qualified professional with solid M&A/FDI experience to join its Deal Advisory team in Dublin or London. The role involves working on buy-side and sell-side engagements, analyzing deals, and presenting findings to clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and help develop client relationships while mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development efforts.

Qualifications

• ACA qualification is required for this role.
• 3+ years of M&A/Transaction Services experience in Dublin or London.
• Strong academic background and excellent communication skills.
• Role involves leadership and client-facing activities.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to buy-side and sell-side advisory engagements across sectors.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify key drivers, risks and issues.
• Prepare and present clear reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with tax, legal and due diligence teams.
• Develop and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Support business development through proposals and pitches.
• Mentor and develop junior staff to foster high performance.
