Job summary

Steering Point is seeking an ACA-qualified professional with solid M&A/FDI experience to join its Deal Advisory team in Dublin or London. The role involves working on buy-side and sell-side engagements, analyzing deals, and presenting findings to clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and help develop client relationships while mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development efforts.

Qualifications

• ACA qualification is required for this role.
• 3+ years of M&A/Transaction Services experience in Dublin or London.
• Strong academic background and excellent communication skills.
• Role involves leadership and client-facing activities.

Pleased to work on behalf of a leading Deal Advisory team who are looking to add an ACA with solid FDD and/or M&A experience, obtained in Dublin or London.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team with very strong directors.

Role:

• Contribute to buy-side and sell-side advisory engagements across various sectors.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify key business drivers, risks, and deal issues.
• Prepare and present clear, concise reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and operational due diligence.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the deal lifecycle.
• Support business development activities, including proposal writing and pitch presentations.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a high-performance culture.

Candidate:

• 3+ years experience within M&A or Transaction Services in Dublin or London
• Qualified ACA
• Strong academic background
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
