Job summary

Steering Point is seeking a Senior M&A professional to lead end-to-end deal execution for transactions in Dublin and London. You will originate and pitch for new mandates, leveraging your industry contacts to win business and drive growth.

You will manage client relationships as the trusted lead advisor throughout transaction lifecycles and mentor less experienced colleagues, shaping a high-performance deal team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• ACA/ CFA qualified with a minimum of 8 years post-qualification experience in Dublin and/or London in a Big 4 M&A team, investment bank or M&A boutique
• Established, active professional network within the Irish corporate, private equity and professional services ecosystem
• Must hold a valid visa to work in Ireland
• Highly self-motivated with a strong executive presence
