Job summary

HLB Ireland is seeking a recently qualified ACA or ACCA to join our Corporate Finance team in Sandyford, Dublin 18. This full-time, permanent role offers hands-on experience across deal advisory engagements from day one, working closely with the Corporate Finance Manager and wider consulting team.

You will contribute to live projects, perform financial due diligence, valuations, and financial modelling, and develop client-ready materials.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified with a strong academic record.
• Experience in corporate finance or deal advisory is preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a broad range of engagements in corporate finance and advisory.
• Contribute to financial due diligence on acquisitions, disposals and investments.
• Prepare high-quality materials, reports and presentations for management and clients.
• Support business valuations and financial modelling to inform deal assessments.
