Minor Hotels Europe & Americas, Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel, seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the Front Office team and uphold luxury standards in a busy Dublin property.

Required: 1-2 years reception experience in a luxury hotel and the right to work in Ireland. The role offers a €34,000 gross annual salary, plus Sunday premiums and staff benefits within the Minor Hotels group.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience on reception in a luxury hotel.
• Must currently have the right to work in Ireland/EU full time.
• Knowledge of Thai culture is valued.

Responsabilités

• To ensure the hotel achieves LHQA targets and delivers luxury service.
• Carry out departmental audits to ensure LHQA is achieved.
• Communicate the hotel’s Vision & Mission to the team.
• Ensure areas of responsibility are clean and well-maintained.
• Control ambience in departments (lights, music, temperature).
• Report defective materials and equipment to the appropriate departments.
• Implement new initiatives in the agreed time frame.
• Set and achieve personal objectives on a yearly basis.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Ensure management presence in all departments at all times.
• Maintain security standards across the hotel.
• Act on guest feedback promptly and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor purchasing and costs in department, align with budgets.
• Aim for departmental sales in line with the hotel budget.
• Provide flexible work schedule to ensure uninterrupted service.
