Job summary

Sheen Falls Lodge in Kenmare invites experienced Front Office professionals to join our luxury hospitality team. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, check-ins/outs and ensure a seamless, personalised experience with warmth and Irish hospitality.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years Front Office experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel, superb English, and exceptional presentation and communication skills. Experience with Hotsoft and Tablepath is desirable.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ Front Office experience in a 4- or 5-star luxury hotel.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills.
• Warm, confident and professional manner.
• Exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and memorable guest experiences.
• Experience with Hotsoft and Tablepath is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Extend a warm, gracious and professional welcome to every guest.
• Deliver a seamless arrival and departure experience.
• Manage reservations, guest enquiries and correspondence with care and efficiency.
• Ensure room allocations, guest profiles and billing details are accurate and thoughtfully managed.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to individual requests with discretion and attention to detail.
• Build knowledge of the hotel, its experiences and the surrounding area for recommendations.
• Work with colleagues to ensure each guest enjoys a seamless stay.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, discretion and guest confidentiality.
• Uphold the service standards and values of Sheen Falls Lodge.
