Job summary

Sheen Falls Lodge in Kenmare invites experienced Front Office professionals to join our luxury hospitality team. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, check-ins/outs and ensure a seamless, personalised experience with warmth and Irish hospitality.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years Front Office experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel, superb English, and exceptional presentation and communication skills. Experience with Hotsoft and Tablepath is desirable.

As a member of our Front Office team, you will play an important role in creating memorable stays, anticipating our guests’ needs and ensuring every arrival, departure and interaction is delivered with warmth, elegance and genuine Irish hospitality.

The Role

As one of the first and most important points of contact for our guests, you will ensure that every experience is seamless and thoughtfully delivered.

Your responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting guests throughout their stay, managing reservations and room allocations, completing check-in and check-out procedures, handling billing and correspondence, and working closely with colleagues across the hotel to deliver an exceptional and highly personalised guest experience.

About You

We are seeking a polished and passionate hospitality professional who takes pride in delivering service at the highest level.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1–2 years’ previous Front Office experience within a 4-star or 5-star luxury hotel
