Sheen Falls Lodge Limited in Ireland is inviting applications from Food & Beverage professionals to join our established team across The Falls, Sheen Bar, Sheen Lounge and Stables Brasserie. You will deliver five-star luxury service in a fast-paced environment with support from our F&B management team.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong customer service focus.
• Previous experience in food service or a similar role is desirable.
• Excellent personal presentation and professional demeanour.
• Positive team spirit and willingness to support colleagues.
• Flexibility, dependability and punctuality.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing hospitality skills.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and engage with guests, providing friendly, attentive and professional service.
• Deliver excellent service throughout each guest's dining experience.
• Build strong menu knowledge to explain dishes, answer questions and offer recommendations.
• Provide accurate allergen information and communicate dietary requirements clearly.
• Work closely with restaurant and kitchen colleagues to ensure seamless service.
• Take pride in presentation, attention to detail and maintaining service standards.
• Follow all relevant health and hygiene regulations.
