Job summary

Sheen Falls Lodge in Kenmare, Co. Kerry, is seeking enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to join our 5* luxury service team across The Falls, Sheen Bar, Sheen Lounge and Stables Brasserie.

You will deliver attentive service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, with opportunities to develop your skills under the guidance of our Food & Beverage management team. Full-time and part-time rostered shifts, including weekends and evenings, are available.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Excellent presentation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to deliver excellent service.
• Provide menu knowledge, including allergens and recommendations to guests.
• Collaborate with restaurant and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service.
• Follow all relevant health department regulations.

We are inviting applications for full time Food & Beverage professionals who ideally have experience in food service with an eye for detail, and take pride in delivering 5* Luxury service to join and enhance our established team in The Falls, Sheen Bar and Sheen Lounge and Stables Brasserie.

As part of the Food and Beverage team, you will be operating in an exciting, fast-paced quality service outlet. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of the food & beverage management team.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to deliver excellent service to our guests
• Provide menu knowledge, including allergens and recommendations to our guests.
• Collaborate with both restaurant and kitchen team to provide a seamless service.
• Follow all relevant health department regulations

What We Are Looking For

We have full-time and part-time positions available on a rostered basis, which includes weekends and evening shifts.
