The role oversees the Stables Brasserie and Bar, ensuring friendly, efficient service across breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service and private events.

You will manage rosters, train staff, and uphold HACCP and safety standards while delivering outstanding guest experiences in a Relais & Chateaux property.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of food and beverages and service.
• Excellent attention to detail and guest care.
• Experience in staff training, development and retention.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience rosters including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee breakfast, lunch and dinner service and events.
• Manage staff rosters and supervise team on duty.
• Ensure quality service, hygiene and compliance with HACCP.
• Coach and develop team; communicate performance expectations.
• Monitor stock and supplies for Stables Brasserie and Bar.
• Maintain exceptional guest experience and resolve issues.
