Sheen Falls Lodge Limited in Ireland is inviting applications from Food & Beverage professionals to join our established team across The Falls, Sheen Bar, Sheen Lounge and Stables Brasserie. You will deliver five-star luxury service in a fast-paced environment with support from our F&B management team.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong customer service focus.
• Previous experience in food service or a similar role is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests, providing friendly, attentive and professional service.
• Deliver excellent service throughout each guest's dining experience.
• Build strong menu knowledge to explain dishes, answer questions and offer recommendations.
• Provide accurate allergen information and communicate dietary requirements clearly.
• Work closely with restaurant and kitchen colleagues to ensure seamless service.
• Take pride in presentation, attention to detail and maintaining service standards.
• Follow all relevant health and hygiene regulations.

If you have an eye for detail, a passion for hospitality and pride in delivering five-star luxury service, we would love to hear from you. Working within our Food & Beverage team, you will be part of an exciting, fast-paced environment where quality service and memorable guest experiences are at the heart of everything we do. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills with guidance and support from our Food & Beverage management team.

Your role
