Job summary

Sheen Falls Lodge in Ireland seeks a Breakfast & Afternoon Lounge Manager with extensive 5* food and beverage experience to lead breakfast, room service and afternoon lounge operations.

You will manage staff, control stock, ensure HACCP compliance and deliver outstanding guest care in a Relais & Châteaux setting, reporting to the Restaurant Manager and collaborating on events and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service at 5* level.
• Experience leading breakfast and lounge service in luxury hotels.
• Attention to detail and strong communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee breakfast, AM room service and afternoon lounge service.
• Manage stock for breakfast items, crockeries and glassware.
• Lead breakfast team: supervisor, teammates and on-duty staff.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and proper handling of perishable goods.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Director on events and department performance.
