Job summary

Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel is offering a position as a F&B Assistant in Dublin. You will contribute to delivering world-class service in a luxury setting and support the F&B team to maintain high standards for guests.

Ideal candidates will have prior F&B experience, flexibility in shifts, and a willingness to learn about Thai culture valued by the team. This role supports the hotel's vision and operates in a dynamic Docklands area with premium guest experiences.

Qualifications

Must have some prior F&B experience.
Must currently have the right to work full time in Ireland/EU.
Knowledge of Thai culture is valued.

Responsibilities

To ensure the highest hotel standards of luxury and quality are delivered consistently to our guests.
To have an understanding of the Hotel’s Vision & Mission statement as communicated to the team.
To ensure that areas of responsibility are clean and well maintained and cleaning checklists are adhered to.
To report defective materials and equipment to the appropriate Departments.
To ensure that the ambience in departments (lights, music and temperature) are controlled.
To have strong food and beverage product knowledge
To accept a flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to hotel guests and to maintain flexibility within teams.
To provide support where necessary in other areas of the Hotel.
To comply with the hotels cash handling procedures
