Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel is offering a position as a F&B Assistant in Dublin. You will contribute to delivering world-class service in a luxury setting and support the F&B team to maintain high standards for guests.

Ideal candidates will have prior F&B experience, flexibility in shifts, and a willingness to learn about Thai culture valued by the team. This role supports the hotel's vision and operates in a dynamic Docklands area with premium guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have some prior F&B experience.
• Must currently have the right to work full time in Ireland/EU.
• Knowledge of Thai culture is valued.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the highest hotel standards of luxury and quality are delivered consistently to our guests.
• To have an understanding of the Hotel’s Vision & Mission statement as communicated to the team.
• To ensure that areas of responsibility are clean and well maintained and cleaning checklists are adhered to.
• To report defective materials and equipment to the appropriate Departments.
• To ensure that the ambience in departments (lights, music and temperature) are controlled.
• To have strong food and beverage product knowledge
• To accept a flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to hotel guests and to maintain flexibility within teams.
• To provide support where necessary in other areas of the Hotel.
• To comply with the hotels cash handling procedures
