Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our Facilities team on a full-time basis in Dublin, Ireland. You will maintain hotel facilities to the highest standard, support safety protocols, and work with multiple departments to resolve issues promptly.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience, Safe Pass, and legal right to work in Ireland/EU. We offer premium Sunday rates, employee perks, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience.
• Safe Pass certification.
• Must have right to work full time in Ireland/EU.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hotel facilities to the highest standard.
• Follow the Standards Manual and QA procedures.
• Rectify maintenance issues daily across hotel areas.
• Communicate professionally with guests and colleagues via phone and email.
• Carry out inspections and ensure safety of guests and staff.
• Monitor costs and energy usage in maintenance.
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance program.
• Ensure public areas are checked daily and issues resolved promptly.
