Job summary

Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel, a Leading Hotel of the World, is seeking a Food & Beverage Assistant to join the Marker Bar team. You will deliver luxury service and maintain high standards in a dynamic, guest-facing role at a prime waterfront location.

Must have some prior F&B experience and the right to work in Ireland/EU. Knowledge of Thai culture is valued. The position offers opportunities to grow within Minor Hotels' global portfolio and to contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have prior food & beverage experience.
• Must currently have the right to work full time in Ireland / EU.
• Knowledge of Thai culture valued.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest hotel standards of luxury and quality are delivered to guests.
• Understand and uphold the hotel's Vision & Mission in daily tasks.
• Keep areas clean and well maintained; follow cleaning checklists.
• Report defective materials and equipment to the appropriate departments.
• Control ambience (lighting, music, temperature) to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain strong knowledge of F&B products and offerings.
• Provide flexible work schedule to ensure uninterrupted service to guests.
• Offer support in other hotel areas when needed.
• Comply with hotel cash handling procedures.
