Anantara The Marker Dublin is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to join the Front Office team in Dublin. This role requires delivering exceptional guest service and managing daily front desk operations to ensure luxury standards are met.

The position offers a competitive salary of €34,000 gross per year with Sunday premium rates and a range of employee benefits across Minor Hotels properties worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with BOA to ensure tasks are done on time
• Take ownership of BOA tasks during BOA's absence
• Assist MOD with guest satisfaction and recovery
• Implement and maintain customer recognition/service program
• Maintain front-of-house presence by greeting guests and building relationships
• Assist in handling complaints and resolving conflicts
• Supervise upselling procedures to maximise revenue
• Prepare, implement and train on SOPs and standards
• Carry out departmental audits to meet LHQA targets
• Communicate hotel Vision & Mission to the team
• Manage budgets, purchasing, and cost control
• Ensure a flexible work schedule to service guests
• Provide support in other areas of the hotel
• Drive revenue growth and cost savings
