Job summary

JFC Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee day-to-day transport and logistics activities and provide administrative support to the dispatch department. The role focuses on moving materials and products efficiently while ensuring on-time deliveries and cost-effective logistics operations.

The successful candidate will manage schedules, liaise with customers and providers, and maintain all transport documentation within our ERP system.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in logistics/dispatch/transport operations essential.
Experience in manufacturing or construction environment essential.
A third-level qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or related discipline desirable.

Responsibilities

Coordinate transport and logistics activities across all divisions for domestic and export markets.
Coordinate dispatch schedules with warehouse and production to ship orders on time.
Liaise with internal departments, customers, transport providers and subcontractors regarding orders and delivery timelines.
Prepare and issue picking lists and coordinate with dispatch team.
Maintain transport/shipping documentation for hauliers, subcontractors, and export shipments.
Monitor deliveries and resolve issues to minimise disruption.
Plan routes, monitor performance, and suggest improvements to reduce costs.
