SumUp is seeking experienced field sales consultants to drive growth in Ireland. As a self-employed, commission-only role, you’ll enter local businesses, engage owners and present SumUp’s payment, POS and software solutions.

You’ll manage your own pipeline, visit prospects, demonstrate products, close deals and onboard customers. This role rewards high performance with uncapped earnings and requires hands-on territory planning and strong relationship building with business owners.

Qualifications

• At least one year field sales experience in relevant sectors.
• Cold prospecting experience, including approaching businesses face to face.
• Experience selling to SMBs and dealing with owners/decision makers.
• Track record of winning new customers and meeting sales targets.
• Ability to manage a sale from first approach to closing.
• Good organisation and consistent follow up.
• Ability to handle rejection and learn from feedback.
• Willingness to commit time to build your customer base.

Responsabilités

• Find new customers through face-to-face visits and outreach.
• Focus on local businesses with strong payment volumes to benefit SumUp.
• Ask questions and recommend SumUp payments, card-processing, hardware, POS and software.
• Manage the sale from first conversation through demonstrations, objections and closing.
• Help customers get set up and start using SumUp products.
• Build relationships with business owners and ask for referrals.
• Plan visits and follow-ups to maximize territory time.
• Keep CRM up to date with activity and results.
• Review progress with Territory Manager and apply feedback.
