Job summary

Lex Consultancy seeks a capable Legal Secretary to support a Partner in commercial and civil litigation. The role focuses on document production, typing, and providing administrative support to the Partner and clients.

Fully onsite in Dublin 2, near St Stephen’s Green, with a friendly team. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years’ legal secretarial experience, experience with Keyhouse, and fast typing (60 WPM).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary.
• Experience using Keyhouse.
• Strong typing speeds – 60 WPM.
• Experience preparing legal documents and liaising with clients.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of legal documents including briefs, booklets, and discovery materials.
• Updating files on the case management system – Keyhouse.
• Typing / digital dictation with high accuracy.
• Maintaining client files and confidentiality.
• Scheduling meetings and hearings with clients, witnesses, Counsel and other relevant individuals.
