Rexel Ireland (Kellihers Electrical) is seeking a Lighting Business Development Manager to drive growth in the lighting segment across Ireland. You will develop strategies, build partnerships with engineers, contractors, and distributors, and present CPDs and design solutions.

The role requires strong technical lighting knowledge, energy‑efficient design focus, and excellent communication. You will manage from initial discussions to sourcing, installation, and ongoing account development,

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales performance in lighting is essential.
• Strong technical lighting knowledge with energy efficient design focus.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop relationships within accounts and stakeholders.
• Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain new business around lighting and lighting controls.
• Develop and execute sales strategy to maximise opportunities.
• Create partnerships with accounts, final users, and distributors.
• Aggressively prospect and drive new sales through calls, meetings and research.
