Rexel/Kellihers Electrical, Ireland’s leading electrical wholesaler, is seeking a Lighting Business Development Manager to drive growth across Ireland’s lighting and controls market.

You will leverage a strong lighting technical foundation and exceptional presentation skills to engage engineers and contractors, build lasting relationships, and source and install lighting solutions. The role reports to the Lighting Sales Manager and requires travel across customer sites.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales success in lighting is required.
• Experience selling lighting products and controls is essential.
• Strong relationship-building and account management skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain new business in lighting and lighting controls.
• Develop and execute sales strategy to maximise opportunities within the customer environment.
• Create partnerships with accounts, final users, and distributors.
• Prospect aggressively via cold calls, meetings and sales research.
