Job summary

Diversey – Solenis is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager for Life Sciences across the UK & Ireland. You will lead new business growth, build a robust opportunity pipeline, and convert strategic prospects into long-term partnerships in regulated pharma, biotech, cosmetics, and related manufacturing environments.

You will engage with senior stakeholders, craft value-based solutions, and collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve revenue targets while traveling

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development within life sciences or regulated environments.
• Ability to create and manage a structured sales pipeline with clear milestones.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement with procurement, quality, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead new business growth for Life Sciences across UK & Ireland.
• Identify and qualify prospects in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cosmetics and regulated settings.
• Develop and manage a target account plan and pipeline with values and next actions.
• Provide market insight to shape growth opportunities and competitive strategies.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to map needs and present Diversey solutions.
• Support S&OP forecasting with pipeline visibility and timing.
• Collaborate with marketing and strategic sales to convert campaigns into opportunities.
• Work with internal teams to craft value-led proposals and price discussions.
• Travel across UK & Ireland to engage customers and close opportunities.
