Job summary

Diversey, a Solenis Company, is seeking a Sales / Business Development Manager for the dairy farming sector in Ireland. The role covers the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, with field travel and regular customer visits to farms and agri-businesses.

You will promote and sell dairy hygiene and washing solutions, helping farmers maintain milk quality and equipment care while expanding the customer base and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales, business development or account management in agriculture, dairy or farming sectors.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently across a large territory and travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with dairy farmers and agri-businesses across ROI and NI.
• Grow sales within existing customers and identify new opportunities across the territory.
• Deliver product demonstrations and provide expert advice on dairy hygiene and washing solutions.
• Lead sales discussions and negotiate contracts to build long-term partnerships.
• Manage key accounts in Northern Ireland with remote engagement and occasional site visits.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and on-time product delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
