Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth across the UK and Ireland from a home-based base in Cork. You will report to the Managing Director and work with an experienced PSS team to identify opportunities, develop proposals and deliver revenue targets while coordinating cross-regional projects.

The role requires life sciences knowledge, proven BD success, and the ability to operate within GxP environments, with significant travel across the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences or equivalent business experience.
• Proven success in senior business development within the target industry.
• Ability to work within GxP environments and meet regulatory expectations.
• Knowledge of product commercialization, manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Experience managing commercial/contractual processes (CDAs, MSAs, pricing) and supporting negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the business development strategy and growth across UK and Ireland.
• Set ambitious annual targets with PSS Leadership.
• Identify, pursue and win new PSS opportunities and develop key accounts.
• Design tailored service solutions and present proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with global colleagues on multi-regional projects and manage contracting processes.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and support delivery across regions.
