Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience within IT hardware or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and component solutions.
• Experience working with channel partners, resellers and MSPs.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Forecasting capability.
• Experience using CRM systems and standard business tools.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Leinster.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across the Leinster region.
• Promote ONNEC's portfolio of IT components, including servers, networking equipment, storage solutions and peripherals.
• Achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate forecasts through CRM systems.
• Build strong relationships with customers, resellers, MSPs, vendors and technology partners.
• Identify market opportunities and develop strategic sales plans to expand accounts and increase market share.
• Act as a key customer contact and escalation point.
• Represent ONNEC at customer meetings, trade shows and industry events.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies.
