Job summary

ICT Services in Ireland is seeking a dedicated business hunter to build our managed services sales function from the ground up. This is an autonomous, individual-contributor role with no inherited pipeline, backed by a strong technical delivery team.

You will sell the full MSP stack—managed IT support, cloud (M365/Azure), backup & DR, and cybersecurity services—and own early account administration as you close net-new logos.

Qualifications

• Genuine MSP sales experience.
• Real hunter track record with cold outbound and net-new logos.
• Comfortable owning early account admin/billing alongside sales.

Responsibilities

• Sell the full MSP stack: managed IT support, cloud (M365/Azure), backup & DR, and cybersecurity services.
• Own the sales pipeline from zero in an autonomous, individual-contributor role.
• Collaborate with a strong technical delivery team to land and expand clients.

What you'll sell: managed IT support, cloud (M365/Azure), backup & DR, and cybersecurity (SOC, EDR, pen testing) - the full stack, not a single product line.

What we need:

• Genuine MSP sales experience - you sold as an MSP, not to one, and not in delivery or account management
• A real hunter track record - cold outbound, pipeline built from zero, net-new logos closed
• Comfortable owning early account admin/billing alongside sales

This is an individual contributor role - full autonomy, no direct reports, backed by a strong technical delivery team once you land the client.
