Drivalia in Ireland seeks a Trade Sales Co-ordinator for the Remarketing team to manage lease-end to sale via our trade auction platform. You will coordinate transport, valuation, and invoicing, while building strong relationships with trade customers and drivers to maximise auction profitability.

The role requires motor industry experience, accuracy in vehicle appraisal, and excellent customer service skills, with a proactive, organised approach to daily tasks and process compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in the motor industry is essential, ideally in a technical/mechanical role.
• Ability to accurately appraise vehicles for body/mechanical issues.
• Excellent knowledge of various makes and models is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills to deliver excellent customer service and maintain relationships.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Organised, proactive and capable of following processes precisely.

Responsabilités

• Organize and liaise with transport agents to collect vehicles and return within SLA.
• Coordinate with valeting to present vehicles for photographs and weekly auctions.
• Handle lease end appraisal and issue customer costs with accurate vehicle descriptions.
• Operate the AI appraisal tool to support successful operations.
• Process lease end costs, issue invoices, and manage vehicle ownership changes within SLA.
• Manage vehicles listed in weekly auctions to maximise profitability per unit.
• Prepare clear auction lists for trade customers within SLA.
• Grow driver sales and onboard new trade customers to increase auction buyers.
• Ensure payment and vehicle collection processes with trade customers are timely.
• Ensure paperwork and systems updates follow procedures and are compliant.
• Collaborate with the Retail Sales Manager to highlight stock for the retail unit.
