Job summary

Horizons - Cope Foundation in Cork Communities is recruiting a Regional Manager for Person Centred Services and Supports. The role supports the Operational leadership team in delivering person-centred services and works across Cork city and County to promote inclusion.

The successful candidate will have at least Level 8 QQI in Health/Social Care or equivalent, 4 years of management experience, valid work permission for Ireland, and a track record of empowering individuals to live independently

Responsibilities

• Support the Operational leadership team in the day to day delivery of Horizons person-centered services and supports.
• Assist in leading a complex environment to achieve Horizons’ vision of person-centred, inclusive supports.
• Lead, organise and motivate teams to deliver excellent services and outcomes.
• Build and maintain key internal and external relationships to achieve organisational goals.
• Support flexible working arrangements, including on‑call availability and schedule adjustments.
