Job summary

Kepak Group is seeking a Talent & Development Coordinator for the Blanchardstown, Dublin area. You will drive Talent & Development initiatives, manage programme delivery, maintain data accuracy in the LMS, and deliver an exceptional learning experience.

You will work with stakeholders across Kepak to enable structured development, continuous improvement, and value creation for talent across Ireland and the UK. Travel within Ireland and the UK is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, HR or training coordination roles.
• Familiarity with LMS or HR systems and reporting processes.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Programme delivery ownership from planning to completion with high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain LMS and talent data, produce reports and identify trends.
• Partner with managers, HR teams, sites and providers to drive participation.
• Ensure consistent processes, documentation, reporting standards and compliance.
• Assist development and optimisation of learning content and resources.
• Monitor programme spend, invoices and PO processes.
• Coordinate Apprenticeship, Graduate and other talent initiatives.
