Job summary

Woodie's is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate learning initiatives across our retail business. You will manage learning programmes, coordinate training events, create engaging content, administer the LMS, and collaborate with store managers and functions to upskill teams for an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Learning & Development or similar role.
• Experience administering and managing an LMS.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with e-learning tools and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning programmes across stores & support office.
• Schedule training, onboarding, and leadership development initiatives.
• Administer LMS, track compliance, and generate learning analytics.
• Plan and manage learning events, venues, materials, and communications.
