Whitewater Group is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Manager to shape and deliver its learning, talent development and succession planning as the business scales across international locations. You will build capability, leadership pipelines and early-career programmes while aligning with senior leaders to ensure skills match strategic objectives.

The role blends strategic development with hands-on delivery, overseeing LMS implementation, governance, reporting and funding opportunities,

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, L&D, Organisational Psychology, Business or related field.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Significant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management or Organisational Development.
• Proven ability to design learning strategies and succession frameworks.
• Experience conducting Learning Needs Analysis across functions and locations.
• Experience implementing or managing an LMS.
• Experience developing apprenticeship, graduate or early-career programmes.
• Experience managing budgets, external providers and procurement.
• Ability to identify and administer learning grants.
• Strong project and stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Group-wide L&D strategy aligned with the business goals.
• Conduct annual L&D needs analyses across functions and Group locations.
• Design, source and coordinate development programmes.
• Lead LMS requirements, implementation, governance and reporting.
• Manage learning budgets, grants and external providers.
• Develop apprenticeship, graduate and early careers programmes.
• Partner with leaders to build capability and succession pipelines.
• Create measurable impact through dashboards and ROI.
