Job summary

• Relevant qualification or experience in Learning and Development or HR.
• Experience leading people development programmes, ideally with international exposure.
• Ability to design and deliver inclusive learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning and development in line with strategic plans.
• Design and deliver management development programmes and global training calendar.
• Oversee e-learning environment, course administration and content development.
• Build external partnerships with learning providers and institutions.
• Ensure content is accessible and promotes equality and safeguarding.
