Job summary

Vitalograph in Ennis, Co. Clare, is seeking a Learning, Development & Delivery Content Developer on a 12-month contract. You will create engaging learning experiences that translate complex product and clinical information into accessible content for customers, partners and employees.

Working with the LDD Lead, you will develop and maintain eLearning modules, manuals and job aids for digital and in-person formats, ensuring alignment with Vitalograph branding and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning development or instructional design.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear learner-focused content.
• Proven ability to create digital and in-person learning materials.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborates effectively with SMEs and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging learning content, assessments and learner activities.
• Create and maintain eLearning modules, manuals and job aids.
• Translate technical information into clear learner-focused content.
• Develop storyboards, scripts and content specs for digital learning.
• Collaborate with SMEs and the Media Specialist on multimedia content.
• Ensure materials meet branding and quality standards.
• Maintain content accuracy and version control.
• Review content using learner feedback and changing requirements.
• Support QA, proofreading and validation prior to release.
