Job summary

Vitalograph is seeking a creative Learning, Development & Delivery Content Developer for a 12-month contract in Ennis, Co. Clare. You will shape how customers, partners and employees learn, turning complex medical content into clear, accessible learning experiences that support product adoption.

You’ll design engaging content, collaborate with SMEs, and ensure quality, branding and localization across digital and in-person formats to impact global learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning development, instructional design and/or training delivery.
• Ability to create engaging content for digital and in-person learning.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate technical information into learner-friendly content.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate content.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging learning content, assessments and learner activities.
• Create and maintain eLearning modules, presentations, manuals, job aids and materials.
• Translate technical documentation and SME expertise into learner-focused content.
• Develop storyboards, scripts and content specifications for digital learning.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate and refine content.
• Review and improve content using learner feedback.
• Support quality assurance, proofreading and content validation prior to release.
• Work with Media Specialist on eLearning, video and multimedia content.
• Maintain content accuracy, version control and alignment with current products and processes.
• Ensure materials meet branding and content standards.
