Job summary

Vitalograph in Ennis, Co. Clare, is seeking a Learning, Development & Delivery Content Developer on a 12-month contract. You will create engaging learning experiences that translate complex product and clinical information into accessible content for customers, partners and employees.

Working with the LDD Lead, you will develop and maintain eLearning modules, manuals and job aids for digital and in-person formats, ensuring alignment with Vitalograph branding and quality standards.

We’re looking for a creative and detail-focused Learning, Development & Delivery Content Developer to join Vitalograph on a 12-month contract in Ennis.

About The Role

Learning and education are central to Vitalograph’s 2030 strategy. Our newly established Learning, Development & Delivery (LDD) function is creating a more consistent, integrated learning experience across the organisation and for our global customers and partners.

As Content Developer, you’ll create, maintain and continuously improve learning content across Vitalograph’s products, systems and clinical services. Working closely with the LDD Lead, Media Specialist, subject matter experts and wider stakeholders, you’ll bring learning content to life across digital and in-person formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging learning content, assessments and learner activities.
• Create and maintain eLearning modules, presentations, manuals, job aids and supporting materials.
• Translate technical documentation, SOPs and SME expertise into clear, learner-focused content.
• Develop storyboards, scripts and content specifications for digital learning.
• Work with the Media Specialist on eLearning, video and multimedia content.
• Ensure materials meet Vitalograph’s branding, quality and content standards.
• Maintain content accuracy, version control and alignment with current products and processes.
• Review and improve content using learner feedback and evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to validate and refine content.
• Support quality assurance, proofreading and content validation prior to release.

About You

You’ll have experience in learning development, instructional design and/or training delivery, with the ability to create engaging content for both digital and in-person learning.
