Job summary

SRG in Ireland is seeking an Instructional Designer / Training Content Developer to design and build e-learning courses, videos, walkthroughs and other digital learning assets for our Customer Experience training program.

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a remote-working model, based in Ireland, with collaboration across product, training program management and subject-matter experts to translate complex product information into clear, actionable content for Customer Support Agents.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for online training courses with an instructional design or training content background.
• Ability to translate technical product information into clear, practical learning for support agents.
• Strong collaboration with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build engaging e-learning courses using Articulate 360 and other platforms.
• Create supporting learning assets including videos, walkthroughs, interactive demos, scenarios and quizzes.
• Collaborate with a Training Program Manager and SMEs to gather information and translate product detail into actionable learning for Customer Support Agents.
• Research unfamiliar topics and source materials to build understanding of products, features and support workflows.
• Develop scenario-based learning to help agents practise applying knowledge and communication skills.
• Review and update existing training content based on learner needs and product changes.
